New — we take great care to ensure you have a wonderful stay! Welcome to the stone holiday cottage “La Salamandre”, nestled in the heart of a lush 6,200 m² estate in Carlux. Ideal for two people, enjoy a swimming pool heated to 28 °C from May to September, a private terrace, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Ideally situated for exploring the Périgord Noir.

The layout of the house is as follows: Interior spaces: - Living room: equipped with a television, Wi-Fi internet connection via a router, armchairs/sofa and radiators/reversible air conditioning. - Fitted kitchen & dining room: open-plan kitchen comprising hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, mini-fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, wine glasses, a full set of crockery, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils (saucepans, frying pans, oil, etc. ). A dining table is also provided. - Mezzanine / Bedroom: sleeping area featuring a high-quality double bed (160 cm) with bed linen provided. - Shower room: comprising a shower, a washbasin unit with mirror, a hairdryer and a bin. Outdoor spaces & estate facilities: - Private terrace with garden furniture and an outdoor dining area for enjoying meals al fresco. - Garden and courtyard: unobstructed views of the estate’s garden and courtyard. - Swimming pool: free access to the outdoor swimming pool, heated to 28 °C (open from May to September), equipped with sun loungers. - Parking: access to free private parking directly on site. Services and facilities included: - Reversible air conditioning and heating. - Full set of linen provided (bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels). - Washing machine, ironing equipment and cleaning products available. - Cleaning and disinfection service included at the end of your stay. - Contactless check-in and check-out via 24-hour self-service entry (access via a key box) and private entrance to the accommodation. - Safety: the accommodation is fitted with a smoke detector and has a well-lit entrance.
