Hostcare and its local concierge offer the Paddington, a superb 57 sqm luxury apartment in Cohennoz (Crest-Voland), in the heart of the Espace Diamant. In winter, the ski slopes are 500m away. In summer, hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the residence. Two terraces with mountain views, heated indoor pool open year-round, and private covered parking. Perfect for families.
Space
The apartment has been thoughtfully designed to make you feel right at home, featuring a warm and "cosy" decor. Living Area: A bright living room with a TV, DVD player, and a selection of books, opening onto a terrace with a view. Kitchen: A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, etc.). Raclette and fondue sets are available upon request. Bedrooms: Bedroom 1: A King Size bed with a large wardrobe, private TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2: A King Size bed with a large wardrobe. Capacity: Accommodates up to 6 guests (including the sofa bed in the living room). Bathrooms: 1.5 bathrooms (featuring a bathtub and separate toilet). Comfort & Amenities: Washing machine, private ski locker, and efficient heating. Included Services: Professional cleaning is provided prior to your arrival. A 900 euros security deposit is required before arrival. There is a 9 euros supplement per person for hotel-style bath towels. You may be asked to show proof of identity before the start of each stay.
Access
The apartment is accessible by regular car all year round, with no restrictions. A private covered parking space is included, directly within the residence. Guests also have full access to the residence's facilities: Swimming Pool: Free access to the large heated indoor pool, open all year round. Trails: Direct access to hiking and mountain biking trails from the residence. Self Check-in: Entry is via a secure key box for maximum flexibility.
