Welcome to the Altitude 1239 apartment. Nestled in a new, secure residential complex with a lift, this superb 80 m² south-facing duplex with views of the Aravis mountains offers a cosy retreat that can accommodate up to 8 people. This winter, bookings are available from Sunday to Sunday.

A prime location just a 2-minute walk from the Cernix chairlift (ESF), opening up the prestigious Espace Diamant ski area (192 km of linked slopes between Beaufortain and Val d’Arly)! Spread over two floors with the bedrooms upstairs, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom property guarantees peace and comfort. You’ll also enjoy a huge terrace with panoramic mountain views, a cosy atmosphere and close proximity to the village centre, shops and children’s activities. The perfect spot for an unforgettable family holiday. Step inside a warm, welcoming duplex-style home designed to make you feel right at home: On the ground floor (living area): - A cosy living room with a TV, a double sofa bed (140 cm) and a dining area (no curtains or shutters in the living room). - A fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster). - A stunning terrace furnished with garden furniture to enjoy the sunny days and the view. Underfloor heating for gentle warmth when you return from the slopes. The living room has neither curtains nor shutters. Upstairs (sleeping area & bathrooms): - Bedroom 1: 1 queen-size double bed (160 cm) with a balcony. - Bedroom 2: 1 queen-size double bed (160 cm). - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 cm), which can be arranged to suit your needs. - Bathroom 1: Shower, toilet and heated towel rail. - Bathroom 2: Bath, toilet and heated towel rail. - Heated ski storage room with boot dryer. Practical facilities: Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse, vacuum cleaner and hairdryer available. Mandatory formalities: For all bookings, a valid form of ID for all adults and proof of holiday insurance (or equivalent) will be required. A security deposit will also be taken via a credit card authorisation and refunded 7 days after your departure. An end-of-stay inspection in the presence of the caretaker will take place on the day of your departure. Linen & Cleaning: Bed linen is included in the booking. Beds made on arrival are available as an optional extra at a rate of 15 euros per bed. Bath towels are included. A professional end-of-stay cleaning service is included.

A new, secure residential block with a lift providing access to the flat (which is laid out as a duplex inside). You can check in independently using a secure key box. Check-out must be carried out in the presence of our caretaker. Snow tyres and winter equipment are required. Parking: You have a private outdoor parking space adjacent to the building, as well as a space in the secure communal garage equipped with an electric vehicle charging point. (Please note: maximum height 1.95m)
