The fully renovated flat offers a bright and peaceful living environment, a true haven of tranquillity above the hustle and bustle of the city. For your comfort in the summer, the flat is air-conditioned. It comprises: Sleeping area: A separate, comfortable bedroom with a double bed (140x190). Living room: A cosy living space featuring a high-quality double sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests in total. Kitchen & Dining: A functional, fully-equipped kitchenette, complete with a dedicated area for your lunches and dinners. Atmosphere: Located on the top floor, the apartment enjoys superb natural light and absolute peace and quiet, with no neighbours above you. Bathroom: Hairdryer at your disposal. Children: Travel cot. The Indigo Saint-Jacques public car park is just a 1-minute walk away, making it easy to unload your luggage. Other parking options: Coislin car park, a 5-minute walk away. On-street parking is subject to a charge. Free parking between 12 noon and 2 pm, after 7 pm, and all day on Sundays. You may be asked to show proof of identity before the start of each stay.
