With its elevator, exposed beams and stone walls, and premium amenities, this fully renovated apartment offers a unique stay just steps from the medieval city.
Space
Located on the 2nd and top floor of a characterful building, Stella Matutina benefits from cross-ventilation and a warm, refined atmosphere. The apartment offers: - A private landing with a laundry room (washing machine & dryer) and large storage space - An entrance hall with wardrobe and separate WC - A bright living room with lounge/relaxation area, a desk corner and a bar — highlighted by a cathedral ceiling with exposed beams and stone walls, and pink brickwork - A fully equipped kitchen with a custom-made dining table and original tiling - An independent bedroom with an en-suite shower room (walk-in shower and custom storage) Features: elevator, double glazing, reversible air conditioning, automated shutters and skylights, private cellar. You may be asked to show proof of identity before the start of each stay.
Access
The apartment is accessible on foot only from the parking area. We recommend parking at Parking Thiers (21-25 Av. Thiers, Sarlat-la-Canéda), then walking to the apartment. Entry is via a digital keypad to the left of the front door — your access code will be shared before your arrival.
